Real estate (flats, villas, commercial properties, office spaces, shops, warehouses)
Employment (job vacancies and recruitment)
Vehicles (new and used car sales)
Items for sale (new and used products)
Business listings and services
Accommodation services
Boats sales (new and used )

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Platform, whether as a guest visitor or registered user.

1.2 Binding Agreement

By accessing, browsing, or using QuickUAE.com, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations of the United Arab Emirates. Your use of the Platform constitutes your acceptance of these Terms.

1.3 Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Platform. By using QuickUAE.com, you represent and warrant that you are of legal age to form a binding contract under UAE law.

2. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

To post listings on QuickUAE.com, you must:

Be a resident or business operating in the UAE
Provide a valid email address
Provide a valid UAE mobile phone number
Create a secure password
Provide accurate and complete registration information

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for:

Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
All activities that occur under your account
Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach

3.3 Account Suspension or Termination

QuickUAE.com reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms or engage in prohibited conduct.

4. CONTENT POLICY

4.1 Definition of Content

"Content" includes any listings, postings, messages, text, descriptions, files, images, photographs, videos, reviews, comments, or other materials posted, uploaded, or transmitted through the Platform.

4.2 User-Generated Content

You retain ownership of Content you post on QuickUAE.com. However, by posting Content, you grant QuickUAE.com a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to:

Display, reproduce, and distribute your Content on the Platform
Use your Content for promotional and marketing purposes
Modify or adapt your Content for technical compatibility

4.3 Content Standards

All Content must comply with UAE laws and regulations. You agree NOT to post Content that:

Is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or libelous
Contains pornography, nudity, or sexually explicit material
Promotes discrimination based on race, religion, nationality, gender, or ethnicity
Contains false, misleading, or deceptive information
Infringes on intellectual property rights of others
Advertises illegal products or services under UAE law
Contains viruses, malware, trojans, or other harmful code
Impersonates another person or entity
Includes personal information of others without consent
Constitutes spam, phishing, or unsolicited commercial messages

4.4 Content Moderation

QuickUAE.com reserves the right to:

Review, monitor, and screen Content at our discretion
Remove, refuse to display, or relocate any Content
Delete Content that violates these Terms
Take action against users who post prohibited Content

We are not obligated to monitor all Content but may do so to ensure compliance with these Terms and UAE law.

4.5 No Liability for Content

QuickUAE.com is not responsible for:

The accuracy, quality, or legality of user-posted Content
Content posted by third parties
Any reliance you place on Content found on the Platform

5. PROHIBITED CONDUCT

5.1 You Must NOT:

Use automated tools (bots, scrapers, spiders) to access or collect data from the Platform without authorization
Harvest email addresses, phone numbers, or personal information of other users
Post the same listing in multiple inappropriate categories
Post duplicate or repetitive listings (spam)
Contact users who have indicated they do not wish to be contacted
Engage in phishing, identity theft, or fraudulent activities
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform, servers, or databases
Interfere with or disrupt the Platform's functionality
Circumvent any security measures or access restrictions
Use the Platform for any illegal purpose under UAE law
Stalk, harass, threaten, or abuse other users
Send spam, chain letters, pyramid schemes, or unsolicited advertisements
Post irrelevant Content or Content unrelated to the designated category
Misrepresent your identity, affiliation, or the nature of your business

5.2 Consequences

Violation of these prohibitions may result in:

Immediate removal of your Content
Suspension or permanent termination of your account
Legal action under UAE law
Reporting to UAE authorities

6. LISTINGS AND TRANSACTIONS

6.1 Role of QuickUAE.com

QuickUAE.com operates solely as an online marketplace platform connecting buyers and sellers. We are NOT:

A party to any transaction between users
Responsible for the sale, delivery, or quality of items listed
A payment processor or escrow service
A guarantor of any transaction

6.2 User Responsibility

As a user, you are solely responsible for:

The accuracy and legality of your listings
Fulfilling obligations to buyers or sellers
Compliance with all applicable UAE laws and regulations
Payment of any applicable taxes or fees
Resolving disputes with other users

6.3 No Verification

QuickUAE.com does not:

Verify the identity of users
Inspect, verify, or authenticate items listed for sale
Guarantee the accuracy of listings or Content
Endorse any user, listing, product, or service

6.4 Disclaimer

You acknowledge and agree that:

We do not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of items advertised
We cannot verify the truth or accuracy of users' listings
Transactions are conducted at your own risk
You must conduct your own due diligence before any transaction

7. FEES AND PAYMENTS

7.1 Free Basic Services

QuickUAE.com offers free posting services for standard listings.

7.2 Premium Services

We may offer premium services (featured listings, promoted ads, etc.) for a fee. Payment terms for premium services will be specified at the time of purchase.

7.3 No Refunds

Fees paid for premium services are non-refundable except as required by UAE law or at QuickUAE.com's sole discretion.

8. THIRD-PARTY LINKS AND SERVICES

8.1 External Links

The Platform may contain links to third-party websites, services, or resources. These links are provided for your convenience only.

8.2 No Endorsement

QuickUAE.com does not:

Endorse or recommend third-party websites or services
Control the content of third-party sites
Accept responsibility for third-party content or practices

8.3 Your Responsibility

You access third-party websites at your own risk. We recommend reviewing their terms and privacy policies before use.

9. PRIVACY AND DATA PROTECTION

10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY INFRINGEMENT

10.1 Prohibited Content

It is strictly forbidden to post Content that violates any copyright, patent, trademark, or other intellectual property rights under UAE law or international treaties to which the UAE is a party.

10.2 Reporting Infringement

If you believe that Content on QuickUAE.com infringes your intellectual property rights, please contact us with the following information:

A link to the allegedly infringing Content
A detailed description of the infringement
Proof of ownership of the intellectual property
Your contact details (name, email, phone number)
A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized
Your physical or electronic signature

10.3 Response to Notices

Upon receiving a valid infringement notice, QuickUAE.com may:

Investigate the claim
Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing Content
Terminate the account of repeat infringers

We are not obligated to act on every notice but will review claims in good faith.

11. DISCLAIMERS AND WARRANTIES

THE PLATFORM AND ALL SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

11.2 Disclaimer of Warranties

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY UAE LAW, QUICKUAE.COM DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

Implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement
Warranties regarding accuracy, reliability, or timeliness of Content
Warranties that the Platform will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
Warranties that defects will be corrected
Warranties regarding the quality, safety, or legality of listings or transactions

11.3 No Professional Advice

Content on the Platform does not constitute professional advice. You should not rely on such Content without seeking independent professional consultation.

11.4 User Risk

YOU USE THE PLATFORM ENTIRELY AT YOUR OWN RISK. YOU ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGE TO YOUR DEVICE OR LOSS OF DATA AND IMAGE RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM.

12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

12.1 Exclusion of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY UAE LAW, QUICKUAE.COM, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AFFILIATES, AGENTS, AND LICENSORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY:

Direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
Loss of anticipated savings or goodwill
Damages arising from your use or inability to use the Platform
Damages resulting from transactions with other users
Damages caused by third-party Content or conduct
Damages from viruses, malware, or other harmful code

12.2 Maximum Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL QUICKUAE.COM'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO QUICKUAE.COM IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR AED 100, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

12.3 Basis of the Bargain

These limitations reflect an allocation of risk and are fundamental elements of the agreement between you and QuickUAE.com. The Platform would not be provided without these limitations.

13. INDEMNIFICATION

13.1 Your Indemnity Obligation

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless QuickUAE.com, its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, debts, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:

(a) Your use of the Platform or services (b) Your violation of these Terms (c) Your violation of any third-party rights, including intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights (d) Any Content you post on the Platform (e) Your transactions or dealings with other users (f) Any claim that your Content caused damage to a third party (g) Your violation of any UAE law or regulation

13.2 Survival

This indemnification obligation will survive the termination of these Terms and your use of the Platform.

14. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

14.1 Informal Resolution

In the event of any dispute between you and QuickUAE.com, we encourage you to first contact us to seek an informal, amicable resolution.

14.2 Arbitration Agreement

If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, you agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be finally resolved by binding arbitration in accordance with the UAE International Centre for Conciliation and Arbitration Rules.

14.3 Arbitration Procedures

Seat of Arbitration: Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates
Language: Arabic (with English translation if required)
Number of Arbitrators: One (1) or three (3) arbitrators as determined by the UAE International Centre for Arbitration
Governing Rules: UAE International Centre for Conciliation and Arbitration Rules (as amended)

14.4 Class Action Waiver

YOU AGREE THAT ANY ARBITRATION OR PROCEEDING SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE DISPUTE BETWEEN YOU AND QUICKUAE.COM INDIVIDUALLY. YOU WAIVE YOUR RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION, CONSOLIDATED ACTION, OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION.

14.5 Exceptions

Notwithstanding the above, either party may seek equitable relief (such as injunctive relief) in a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent irreparable harm.

15. GOVERNING LAW

15.1 Applicable Law

These Terms and your use of the Platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the substantive laws of the United Arab Emirates, including:

UAE Federal Decree Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data
UAE Federal Decree Law No. 34 of 2021 on Combatting Rumours and Cybercrimes
UAE Federal Law No. 5 of 2012 on Combatting Cyber Crimes (as amended)
UAE Civil Transactions Law (Federal Law No. 5 of 1985, as amended)
Other applicable federal and local laws and regulations

15.2 Jurisdiction

Subject to the arbitration provisions above, the courts of Abu Dhabi, UAE shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising from these Terms.

16. TERMINATION

16.1 Termination by QuickUAE.com

We reserve the right to suspend, disable, or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice, for any reason including:

Violation of these Terms
Suspected fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity
Extended periods of inactivity
Requests by law enforcement or government agencies
Technical or security concerns

16.2 Effect of Termination

Upon termination:

Your right to use the Platform immediately ceases
We may delete your account and all associated Content
You remain liable for any obligations incurred before termination
Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive will remain in effect

16.3 Termination by You

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting customer support or using account deletion features on the Platform.

17. MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS

17.1 Right to Modify

QuickUAE.com reserves the right to modify, update, or revise these Terms at any time, at our sole discretion.

17.2 Notice of Changes

We will notify you of material changes by:

Posting the updated Terms on the Platform with a new "Last Updated" date
Sending email notification to registered users (at our discretion)

17.3 Acceptance of Changes

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree to the modified Terms, you must stop using the Platform.

18. GENERAL PROVISIONS

18.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any additional terms referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and QuickUAE.com regarding your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, and communications.

18.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable. If modification is not possible, the provision shall be severed, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

18.3 Waiver

The failure of QuickUAE.com to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. Any waiver must be in writing and signed by an authorized representative of QuickUAE.com.

18.4 Assignment

You may not assign, transfer, or delegate these Terms or your rights and obligations without our prior written consent. QuickUAE.com may assign these Terms without restriction, including to any parent company, subsidiary, affiliate, or successor entity.

18.5 Force Majeure

QuickUAE.com shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform resulting from causes outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, natural disasters, government actions, or internet service disruptions.

18.6 Relationship

Nothing in these Terms creates a partnership, joint venture, employment, or agency relationship between you and QuickUAE.com. You have no authority to bind QuickUAE.com in any manner.

18.7 Language

These Terms are drafted in English. In the event of any conflict between the English version and any translation, the English version shall prevail to the extent permitted by UAE law.

18.8 Electronic Communications

You consent to receive communications from us electronically. You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.

19. REPORTING VIOLATIONS
